Kevin Howson | CEO
Kevin has been a business leader for over 20 years. He began his career with a $10 billion international private equity firm and later helped raise millions as CFO of a Silicon Valley backed startup. He has an undergrad degree from Yale University and an MBA from Duke, where he graduated with distinction. Kevin was born in Canada, but lived most of his life in the USA and now lives in Morocco with his wife and 4 children.

Why "Atlas"?
The Atlas mountains are a mountain range in NW Africa that separates Morocco from the Sahara Desert. They rise as high as 13,000 feet and many of them have snow all year round. Their protection from the Sahara is what gives Morocco its Mediterranean climate and makes it one of the only places in N. Africa with lush vegetation and abundant agriculture.
